GigaLayer formerly known as Aimtech NG was established in 2007 with the aim of reshaping the hosting industry in Nigeria and has been focused on doing so since its first month of operation. The company is duly registered with Corporate Affairs Commission of Nigeria, Companies and Allied Matters ACT 1990.
In 2010 Aimtech was then registered Limited Liability Company (LTD) as Aimtech Communication Ltd with the license to operate a word-class web hosting business in Nigeria.
