    Softcom is a great place to work. One of the perks of working here is the fact that there is dedicated people and Culture department for Employee well-being. Some of the perks include: International trainigs in South Africa, UK, Canada etc. - A yearly all expensed paid vacation for all staff. Recently returned from a trip to South Africa. - Impressive salary structure for all staff. I will rank Softcom as one of the best places to work in Nigeria
