      Having worked here for over 8 years has made me gain enough confident in my work, and really made me achieve much needed experience. Besides I have learned to work under minimal supervision.

      At times I have to work extra hours to reach the target, of which I have to cope with challenges of transport back home. Transport to and from home is a challenge here.
