It is a good company since it encourage to get experience from different activities for instance i being with the company has given me so many opportunities to learn new things.
It has enough capacity of one to grow in terms of experience like i have different experience all over the company environment

Where there is strength also weakness is there what has discourages me working with the company is low payment.
