  Environmentally clean to work, moreso it's a sterile manufacturing company. There are various analytical equipment to work with hence good experience.

  Long working hours Late payment especially salaries that are too way low Graduate pay is a consolidated 20K No bonus Underestimation of the learned and unequitable appraisal; appraisal based on how loyal you are to the managing director No HR. The GM is overall even leave approval you have to seek first prior to approval. Toxic work environment. If you are used to coffee breaks, here is no place for you. No fringe benefits Lunch taken at outside canteen or else sort yourself. Women carry lunch boxes

It has enough capacity of one to grow in terms of experience like i have different experience all over the company environment
