  Working in Baraka has improved my personality, efficiency, application of my course work to real life situation, taught me to interact with different people regardless of race and their ethnic group,it has made me grow and widened my innermost thinking and unleash my potential to serve the clients with a big heart, it's made me a mentor and create good customer care and public relations to the intire environment.more so it's made know how to prepare staff payroll and remit statutory deduction such as n.h.i.f,n.s.s.f and paye, advise members concerning the organization,it has made me be a whole round worker because I could work right from reception to the administrative office. In addition, it made me have an over view of my job as Hobby not because I'm being paid but the Love of togetherness and meeting new people each an every new day to learn more from each other,be patience with one another and working as a team to achieve the expected goal.

  Meeting arrogant clients who may not be willing to talk or communicate. Working in an environment where everyone is Right, delayed salary payment that may sometimes demoralize employees.
