Good place for interns and first employment for recently graduated graduates. A person who has worked for pwani feeds can almost thrive very well in any company with alot of ease. Main reason, you are forced to perform under worst case scenarios. One is forced to do many roles, meaning you do like four different jobs as a person. The politics in this institution doesn't allow anyone with professional qualifications to thrive there. Most employees are form 4 leavers and a few have technical qualifications. The board doesn't oversight the operations of the Association, but are rather involved in the day today running of the institution which creates a lot of conflicts between board members and staff. Unless you are going to work there as a driver/ cleaner or grounds people, it is a highly toxic environment. -
