The Company was registered and began operation as an importer and distributor of baby goods based in Ibadan, Oyo State in 1960. In various times, it has distributed products in the FMCG category for leading multinationals including SmithKline Beecham, Nestle, West Africa Milk Company (Nigeria) PLC, as well as trading in textiles and other materials.

Presently, the Company distributes for and is affliated with other FMCG brands as FrieslandCampina WAMCO, Guinness, Diageo etc.
