    • Pros

      1. You get to learn on the job about cars and various functions and how the auto parts work. 2. Err... None!

    • Cons

      1. Sole proprietorship - Decisions are mostly monopolistic. 2. No Job Security - Being held by a sole proprietor, you can get the axe anytime. Some even get the letter during probation period. 3. Micromanagement - You're probably going to be micromanaged since he's scared to take the risk of spending on advertising. Come on! It's an E-commerce setup, you can't thrive in the industry without going all out on advertisement. Small number of staff being underpaid does not equate/guarantee conversion of leads. 4. No defined Job Description - Today, you're working in accordance to your job description, the next your roles are changing. If you stay long enough in the job you start suffering career crisis. 5. You can't balance your life with the actual work. Being underpaid and overused is dealing with devil on another level.
