I don't recall any pros except that the owner already knows how he wants his company to be run. If you are from Achina his village, you will likely never be sacked. You will learn how to be meticulous because owner is narcissistic, both street smart and book smart. Only annual leave is not deprived.
You will likely be sacked if you come in for sales job, You will not get paid on time even with the peanut. You will not grow especially if in sales or marketing, promises will be made and left unfulfilled. Pension will not be remitted on time, you will initially have your pay agreed upon cut and saved for you lol so you don't wake up to just leave until after 10 months. You will work on public holidays apart from Christian holidays. Your manager cannot fight for you so you are on your own.
