If you are smart you will master skills in your department, because there's just too much work to do. Staff are friendly.
The Leadership of the HR dept is weak and will always alter policies to favour management. Tools required to make work processes smoother are lacking. In trying to complete company objectives, staff might have to use their personal income and met not get refunds. The company pays contract staff 25k but gives them task met for staff with 180k...which I think is unfair.
