Its a family business so my employers involve employees in everything. Well almost everything. They can laugh with you. They pay their staff. They are Christians.
No health benefits, No proper HR procedures, constant threat to your job, they don't give room for growth amongst staff. So its generally no team work. The only take home for staff is their salaries. They debit staff for the employers faults. They close very late and resume early but ensure staff resume before 8am or they debit from their pay. They never really accept apologies from staff. Even they tell you its alright, its never really the case.
