ISU media is a learning ground for anyone that want to develop him or herself. It exposes me to new opportunities to do something new, to multitask, it gives feedback on level of improvement and as well criticise for improvement and there's great team work.
Team Work does not evaluate the worth of an individual to know who deserve more reward rather the entire team get the credit which sometimes discourages the most effective person. Focus is always on the short-comings rather than reward for excellence. Overtime is never considered for compensation rather it is treated as nature of the job which has way long defiled the closing time agreement
