Pros

I am fully aware am being underpaid by the company but its because of the size of the establishment which determine the income and recurrent expenses. I have actually learnt a lot from the company stemming from how to relate with customers and suppliers and what it takes to work with group of people to achieve the COMPANY'S goal of having a larger market share. Am really glad I started somewhere instead of sleeping at home after my services and the little experience have gotten here will be useful when I get a better offer.
