General Checkup
The TDC (Training and Development Center) is available to any active Manpower employee. By that I mean any employee who has finished their application and paperwork with Manpower (you do not have to be actively on assignment). You can contact your local staffing specialist who should be able to share details about TDC.
Training
It entails the deliberate and structured presentation of experiences, which may help the individuals to change their knowledge, understanding attitudes or behaviours in a positive manner. It entails deliberate use of training to increase individual’s willingness to work up to the required pattern and standards.
