The company believes in "at all cost power" like bribery and philosophy of what money cannot do, higher money can do it. No reasons to work with them other than I didn't see any other offer, as my grade- OND certificate is always looked down on, in most cases you are to be recommended by big brother/tribe quota to be able to get job in that part of the world. And is not easy to go out of the control tools like hunger, religion, intimidation, victimisation and non certificate backup training. As not to leave them. No pay off gratuity.
