    • Pros

Very concerned about employee welfare. Accountability, reward, and recognition. Results Driven. Puts you on your toes to always when to learn more to progress. Strong Learning Culture.

    • Cons

To deliver, you might have to work longer hours, it's at your own discretion. Nobody would force you. A few bad eggs around might give you wrong impressions, but you must remember and focus on the fact that they represent themselves in that regard, and that bad impression is not necessarily the original outlook of the bank.
