They have good salary scale for their permanent staff, there is job security. There are other allowances they enjoy apart from their salary. They are into the power sector of which i studied in school.
They are not converting contract staff to permanent staff even when they have the required skill and contribute their best for the development of the company rather they prefer to employ under age without any experience as permanent worker.
