1. should employ their workers properly by giving them an employment letter where their job functions are clearly stated. 2. use operation funds for its purpose. 3. try to employ admins who will listen to the complaints of their employees. 4. should employ and assign duties to the appropriate personnel. 5. should stop intimidating and threatening employees for not carrying job functions which are not their's.

Yeah the company is good in time of adding values to its staffs and customers also provide good materials to accomplish customer services in time of delivery of parcel, haulage. Goods there are excellent and they give training to acquired more knowledge in the industry.
It's very hard before the company staff his workers and the contract staff has no benefit in time of profit sharing or yearly bonus except thirteen (13) month of which it was deducted in the staff salary
